With nearly 20 years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve worn many hats, including technical writer, content strategist, content designer, content architect, and localization manager. This journey has given me deep expertise in content creation and maintenance, content systems, user experience, and understanding the diverse needs of users worldwide.

I’ve had the privilege of speaking at international meetups and conferences, including the Society for Technical Communication Summit, Lavacon, and Omnichannel X, among others.

Currently, I serve as Senior Product Localization Manager at Atlassian, the company behind Trello, Confluence, and Jira. Recently, I also launched my own business dedicated to content strategy and content architecture.
